We were very impressed with the work done at our house. We had them remove the popcorn ceiling on most of the first floor. They did a great job removing it, painting the ceilings and were efficient when cleaning up. We added a few small jobs and they were very flexible and accommodating. We would highly recommend them.

Just had my house painted yesterday and I'm pleased and impressed by their system. My crew was Jesse and Mike who are excellent and also perpetual motion machines. They wrapped every window, door, wire, faucet, light etc. The prep may seem like it's taking a long time but it makes the painting go super fast and the final product is perfect. They sprayed a thick base of paint then rolled, then brushed it in well. When the frist pass was made around the house they followed with a second pass of a light mist of paint which put a great finish on the job.It looks great and I'm pleased with price. Scott is solid and a great communicator. He answers all questions immediately.So glad I gave them a try.

The team did an AMAZING job on my house. It had old aluminum siding and as I couldn’t afford the 25k bill to replace the old PINK siding with vinyl they made the house look brand new within a day and a half! I’ve already gotten compliments from neighbors and will be referring them to everyone I can. Scot and team even walked me through afterwards to show where they painted the soffits, trim and even replaced corner pieces that I had ordered. I highly recommend the team and will be using them again for some interior projects.

Shawn and Jesse were always prompt. In fact they were at the job early both days. I had to leave after letting them in my home and they locked up behind them and turned off the AC. Very dependable and trustworthy. Extremely professional. They did a great job painting the walls and the place looks fantastic. I'd highly recommend both to do your painting.

I have an old house with aluminum siding, Big Shawn's turned it into a work of art. Looks brand new! The guys were very good at what they did, especially Mike. He would stay till 900 at night just to get the job done on time. Amazing job, I'd recommend them to anyone.

We needed popcorn ceiling removed in our 12 foot vaulted family room and walls painted. Scott the owner came to our house gave an estimate and explained entire process. He sent Mike to remove popcorn ceiling and paint our family room. We have never seen such a hard working and meticulous worker. Scott came out to give me an estimate. I usually get two. He was so reasonable i immediately went with his quote. His workers were outstanding. Mike patched the walls and cracks and Shawn and Jesse did the painting. In less than a day and a half they painted the whole interior of my home. They were so well coordinated in what each others job entailed. They were quick, neat and didn’t even take breaks. Workers like that are hard to find. They were all awesome. I highly recommend if you need any painting in or out, popcorn ceilings , wallpaper removed, staining, varnishing or drywall done do not hesitate to call them first. You will not be disappointed. They do a fantastic job and come highly recommended.

Had Big Shawn’s paint our living, dining, office and front hall painted. By far the most reasonable of all estimates. Scott the owner came and explained what would be done and what to expect. He sent a detailed estimate that covered everything along the way - preparation, sanding, how many coats. Very pleased with work. Front hall had extensive water damage that they expertly fixed. The prep work for whole job was done very well - filled all nail holes and stress cracks and now my walls look brand new. Final paint colors look fantastic- no steaks or bleed through from previous colors. I love my smooth, perfectly painted walls! When they were all through they vacuumed and put furniture back where it belonged. All furniture was covered and protected well. The crew Matt and Mike were personable and very talented and answered all questions I had along the way.A big thank you to Scott and everyone at Big Shawn’s for getting this very big project completed quickly and efficiently. Could not have had a better experience! Extremely quick response time and was able to scope job with just some pictures and a few self measurements. The cleanliness of popcorn ceiling removal was incredible. Expert patching and painting the ceiling and walls while keeping the carpet and floors covered and clean. The entire team was extremely friendly, polite, clean, and completed the job very quickly. Made the rooms and the halls look brand new. Will only use them for future needs!

Had my entire first floor interiors done. Excellent, work!. Precise, clean lines. Great cut ins around trim with no over lap. Perfect, even coats with no roll or brush marks to be see even in the most glaring light. Meticulous job site and extremely helpful and through. Highly recommend!

I did my homework on companies I had 3 estimates then wait for a call or email days later for a quote. I decided to call Scott he came out prepared. He measured out my house as we discussed my concerns talking over details and my expectations .I had an estimate on the spot.Scott was honest with the time frame, it could be a couple weeks but if there was a cancel be ready for a phone call. I have landscaping going in and a deck to be replaced.I was glad that there was a cancellation prior to new landscaping. Mike and the team were here each morning early and on time ready to work.Mike and Scott made sure I was satisfied with the job after it was done.Highly recommend.

If you’re trying to find a professional painter or debating whether or not to tackle a project yourself, save the time and energy and call Scott ASAP! Of a few local painters we reached out to he was the most responsive, affordable, and flexible. We received our quote quickly and got right on his schedule. Scott and his team carefully planned out our exterior and interior projects so that the weather was a non-issue. They worked around schedules of other contractors we had working on different parts of our remodel. Most importantly, their work looked GREAT! We will definitely use them again in the future!

We hired Big Shawn's to do an extensive job for a remodel. Scott responded quickly, made an appointment and was right on time. He went through the entire house, asked questions, explained what they would do, how they would do it and how long it would take. He sent a thorough estimate in a professional format. Started the job, was very communicative throughout. The house looks great and they will come back when appliances and countertops are in for touch-up. The crew was pleasant and efficient. We just bought a house and moved in a couple weeks ago. Scott and his crew gave us an estimate, gave us some ideas about what would look good and flow well together. They finished our living room and fireplace, as well as the kitchen today and I could not be happier with their work. They pay great attention to detail and made sure we liked everything they did. They even offered to come back in the next couple of weeks if we happen to see something that needs a touch up. Highly recommend! We will definitely be using them in the future for the upstairs!

I hired Big Shawns to paint the exterior of my house based on all the positive word of mouth they have received. During the Tonawanda garden walk I asked any home owners that looked like they had fresh work done on their exterior, "Who did you use?". Over and over, I got the same answer, Big Shawns Custom Painting. Their price wasn't the cheapest but considering the results I saw at all of these different houses, I went with them. I could not be more pleased with their work and professionalism. In all fairness I have a smaller house, but the Big Shawns crew was able to paint the entire exterior and trim in just 1 day. This far exceeded my most optimistic timeline! Upon completion, we did a final walk around and they cleaned up each and every spot that concerned me to make sure that I was happy. Big Shawns is a company that cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to any one!

My family and I relocated from another state for a new job opportunity. We bought a home that we wanted to update by removing the popcorn ceilings throughout and changing all of the paint colors. We had three weeks from closing to moving in. Not being familiar with this area, I googled best painters in Buffalo and each time Big Shawn's Custom Painting was always at the top of the list. So I reached out to Scott to set up an appointment for an estimate. He arrived on time for our scheduled meeting and by the end of the evening I had a complete estimate in my email. After reviewing, we decided to go with Big Shawn. Scott immediately put us on his calendar. This was a huge job because we were removing popcorn ceiling in every room, over 3300 square feet. His team lead by Nick did an amazing job with removing the old ceiling and painting all of the rooms and trim. The crew worked very hard to meet the time schedule. Scott kept me up to date with the progress while we were traveling back and forth. Whenever I texted him he always responded. We are very please with the work performed by Big Shawn's Custom Painting. They made a twenty year old home look brand new. Thanks for a job well done.

The crew just finished my entire house interior paint job. I cannot say enough how much I love, love, love these guys. I bought my townhouse in August and feel like I just bought another house.
